The integration of the market-leading optical sorter Cimbria SEA.IQ PLUS 2 R into our test lab has been completed.
We are now available for product trials and live demos.
The market-leading SEA.IQ Plus is equipped with multispectral sensors (full color + NIR) on both sides as well as an additional bi-chromatic SWIR-InGaAs sensor for each chute.
IQ Plus is able to recognize up to 14 families of defects, by full color, size, shape and surface density. Of course at the same time, fast and precise.
Equipped with BRAIN for fast AI-supported programming. Your downtimes will be reduced to a minimum, even for complex tasks (e.g. wheat out of barley).
