Innovative special-purpose machine for hulling of oats, sunflower seeds and spelt wheat as well as similar grain products.

The newly developed machine guarantees maximum hulling efficiency with minimal breakage and low operating costs. The product hits the cylindrical impact ring at an optimal angle thereby releasing the husk gently from the kernel. The integrated and controllable dosing device guarantees a homogeneous distribution of the product in the innovative and low-wear impellor. The impact ring can be adjusted in height by a state-of–the-art automatic via a high-quality device with lubricant-free plastic bearings. This guarantees a uniform wear of the impact ring and a long durability. Tool-free exchange of the impact ring shortens the down-time of the machine. The huller has a very robust housing. Exposed areas are effectively protected with exchangeable wear plates. The discharge hopper allows easy installation of the machine in the building and comprises a control and aspiration duct.
