Functioning
Impact mode: The product to be hulled is lead to the intake of the scoop wheel, continued to the distributor plate, evenly distributed and aligned in the ducts and flung onto the impact ring. Depending on the product either a rubber or a steel impact ring is used. The desired hulling capacity can be regulated by an infinitely variable intake pipe. Additionally the speed of the scoop wheel can be adjusted to the product by a frequency converter so that the ration between hulling yield and brokens is at an optimum.
